The most asked question "Where are the missiles?" has now been answered!
Other changes include:
* Buildings start small and grow when constructions complete
* Mouse input required to move camera so that user can highlight action with cursor
* Camera resets height after a while
* MISSILES!!! Only 1 per cell regardless of how many missiles there actually are
