Version 0.5 - Game Speed Slider

A minor update because I REALLY wanted to see who's missiles were those. It's made a big difference to see who's dominating.

I also added a slider so I could slow down the game down and if you drag it all the way to the left, the game is stopped and you can click Next to step to the next round.

The Next button immediately begged for a Back button but I haven't implemented that yet :( maybe in the future.

Finally, I added my name to the start screen. Vain, I know.

Changes:

* Added game speed slider
* Updated missile model to see which direction they're traveling
* Added credit and config banner
